• Game Filming

  • Services Include filming and raw footage only.

    • Travel Fees

      • No travel fee charged if location within 40 miles of Durham, NC.

      • Subject to $15 travel fee between 41 and 60 miles from Durham, NC.

        • Additional $35 travel fee for games over 61 miles from Durham, NC ($50 total)—no overnight trips.

      • Trips over 250 miles from Durham require a $200 travel fee to cover expenses (i.e. hotel, gas, food).

    • Packages

      • Tournament (up to 4 games)

        • In-State--includes game filming, raw footage, and travel fee.

          • Travel fee covers Coach's gas, lodging, and other expenses when getting to and from the tournament site.

          • No refunds will be given for this package, regardless of cancellations by tournament staff, team/player, or parents.

        • Out-of-State--includes game filming, raw footage, lodging, and travel fee.

          • Travel fee covers Coach's gas, lodging, and other expenses when getting to and from the tournament site.

          • Pricing for this package will be proposed to the client at least 21 days prior to the expected departure date for the tournament. It will be calculated using up-to-date hotel fees in the area, current per diem rates, and personal travel prices (i.e. airfare, gas, etc.). Plans MUST be finalized by 14 days prior to departure time.​

          • No refunds will be given for this package, regardless of cancellations by tournament staff, team/player, or parents.

  • Raw footage will always be given back to the client and is the sole property of the client unless otherwise outlined in written agreement.​

Payments​

• Cost of service is due at time of registration for all filming and editing services

• Cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal are all accepted.
