Scheduling

• Coach and client will schedule 4- or 12-week sessions at the same time and day of consecutive weeks.

• Dates that you cannot make should be sent up front and coaches will try their best to schedule around them.

• If there is a cancellation, a parent must let their coach know via email 48 hours before their session in order to reschedule that session. If the 48 hours notice is not given to allow us to fill the available slot, the missed session will count as a completed one.

• There are no makeup sessions for 1 on 1 training. Individual training clients who miss their session will attend a small group session if they'd like to make up the missed session.

• If a group training client misses a group training session, they will need to reschedule to join another group session already on the calendar. Coaches will work with these clients to find a date that works best for them.

• Please check your email before leaving for your session. If a Coach needs to change/cancel a session they will let you know by email. A Coach-cancelled session is automatically available for rescheduling.

• If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the Creator Coach may leave the field and the client will be charged for the session.

• 4-week sessions must be finished in 5 weeks. 12-week sessions must be finished in 14 weeks.

• While the majority of your sessions will be with the same coach, Creator 1on1 reserves the right to switch the coach if needed. Notice will be given by both the original Coach and the Coach filling in if it is possible.

• Clients booked into a certain time slot will be given first right to reschedule in that same time slot. They will be contacted before the final session in their package to maintain control of that time slot. If a client is not able to confirm their availability for at least 4 new sessions, Creator 1on1 will not hold that slot.

• Creator 1on1 retains the right to disallow a Client's ability to reschedule sessions during the same time slot.

Payments​

• Payment for services may be made in full at time of registration or in 2, equal installments

  • i.e. 50% of total due at registration, 50% due before mid-way point of package—Week 2 for 4-week sessions and Week 6 for 12-week sessions

• Subject to 15% late fee on remaining charge for payments made more than 1 week after due date

• Training will cease if unpaid bill is left unaddressed for two weeks

  • Will resume only when remaining charge is paid in full and is subject to additional 15% late fee on remaining charges.

• Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal are all accepted.
