--Film Analysis--

1 on 1--Single Sessions

A session designed to allow a Coach and the client to sit and watch their filmed game. This service provides visual representation of the positives and areas of improvement regarding in-game choices, player movement, and touch analysis.

Player's own film must be provided.

Group--Single Sessions

A session designed to allow a Coach and the clients to sit and watch their filmed game. This service provides visual representation of the positives and areas of improvement regarding in-game choices, player movement, and touch analysis for the team.

Player's own film must be provided.

Creator 1on1 does not form small groups. The client must coordinate with teammates in order to form small groups. Groups can be scheduled with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 players. Invoices will be sent once sessions have been scheduled!

Scheduling

Film Analysis sessions will be held at a mutually agreed upon location (i.e. coffee shop, client's home, library study room, etc.).
- Both the Coach and the client reserve the right to ask for a change in location at any point between session dates, given 24 hours notice.
Coach will provide a laptop and an HDMI cord (if the client would like to analyze the film on a TV).
If there is a cancellation, a parent must let their coach know via email 48 hours before their session in order to reschedule that session. If the 48 hours notice is not given to allow us to fill the available slot, the missed session will count as a completed one and no refund will be given.
If a group analysis client misses a group analysis session, they will need to reschedule to join another group session already on the calendar. Coaches will work with these clients to find a date that works best for them.
Please check your email before leaving for your session. If a Coach needs to change/cancel a session they will let you know by email. A Coach-cancelled session is automatically available for rescheduling.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the Creator Coach may leave the location and no refund will be given.
While the majority of your sessions will be with the same coach, Creator 1on1 reserves the right to switch the coach if needed. Notice will be given by both the original Coach and the Coach filling in if it is possible.
Creator 1on1 retains the right to disallow a Client's ability to reschedule sessions during the same time slot.

Payments

Payment for services may be made in full at time of registration or in 2, equal installments
- i.e. 50% of total due at registration, 50% due before mid-way point of package—Week 2 for 4-week sessions and Week 6 for 12-week sessions
Subject to 15% late fee on remaining charge for payments made more than 1 week after due date
Training will cease if unpaid bill is left unaddressed for two weeks
- Will resume only when remaining charge is paid in full and is subject to additional 15% late fee on remaining charges.
Cash, check, Venmo, PayPal are all accepted.
